ORIGINAL ARTWORK DESCRIPTION
With Countryside, I tried to capture the serene, timeless beauty of rural land through a earthy color palette. The foreground is dominated by rich, earthy browns, evoking the texture of soil, vast fields and the rugged, unspoiled terrain. These deep, muted tones gradually give way to a subtle green hue that spreads across the middle of the artwork showing a presence of fresh, gently rolling grass that breathes life into the landscape.
A cattle fence, positioned just below the horizon line, stretches across the canvas, offering a sense of separation and structure in this expansive natural scene. Its weathered, rustic posts add a sense of human presence in the otherwise undisturbed wilderness, blending harmoniously with the surrounding elements. Beyond the fence, the distant mountains rise faintly, their muted, faded outlines softening as they recede into the distance, their outlines almost melting into the sky.
